Role & Responsibilities
Design comprehensive visual brand identities for B2B tech clients, from initial concept through final brand guidelinesCreate logos, visual identity systems, typography, color palettes, and brand applications for deep tech startupsDevelop scalable brand systems that work across digital platforms, marketing materials, and corporate communicationsExecute multiple zero-to-one branding projects simultaneously while maintaining design excellence and consistencyCollaborate with brand strategists and creative directors to translate brand positioning into compelling visual expressionsDesign brand applications including business systems, pitch decks, websites, trade show materials, and digital assetsCreate detailed brand guidelines and style guides that enable consistent brand execution across all touchpointsPresent design concepts and rationale to startup founders, CMOs, and executive teamsIterate quickly based on client feedback while maintaining design integrity and strategic alignmentMentor junior designers and contribute to creative team knowledge sharing and process improvement
Requirements
4+ years of brand design experience at a creative agencyPortfolio demonstrating multiple complete brand identity projects for B2B technology companiesAgency experience managing concurrent branding projects from concept to completionProven ability to create brand identities from scratch for early-stage startupsExpert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design toolsStrong typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy skillsExperience designing for complex technical products and translating technical concepts into accessible visual languageDemonstrated ability to work at startup pace and iterate quickly without sacrificing design qualityExperience presenting design work and rationale to C-level clients and stakeholdersUnderstanding of print and digital production requirements across various applicationsStrong interest in deep tech / emerging technologies
