Job Title: Solutions Designer – Stationary & Pallet Automation

Role Overview
- Join a fast-growing automation business unit as a Solutions Designer focused on stationary and palletizing (non-mobile) automation projects
- Work with customers and internal teams to design and deliver automation solutions for projects valued between €5M and €15M across EMEA and other regions
Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution design and delivery for stationary and palletizing automation projects
- Translate customer needs into technical, cost-effective solutions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and global teams (APAC, North America, Australia)
- Manage projects from concept through execution
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years in solution design or systems engineering in automation, preferably in stationary automation and palletizing
- Experience working with system integrators
- Strong customer-facing skills and ability to present technical solutions clearly
- Familiarity with automation project cycles and budgets between €5M and €15M
- Experience in material handling, intralogistics, or warehouse automation
- Proficient in layout design and analysis of customer operational data
- Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields
