Social Media Visual Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Social Media Visual Designer to create visually engaging content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms. This full-time role involves producing high-quality infographics, carousels, and visuals, ensuring they are optimized for social media engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design visually engaging and compelling infographics and carousels for LinkedIn using tools like Canva.
  • Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain high quality.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand visual content requirements and contribute to the overall social media strategy.
  • Participate in interacting and commenting on LinkedIn posts (training provided).

Mandatory Skills:

  • Mid to senior-level design experience.
  • Proficiency in Canva (skills in Photoshop and Figma are a plus).
  • Portfolio showcasing experience with infographics, carousels, or similar social media content.
  • Strong attention to detail in typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with design tools like Photoshop, Figma, or Illustrator.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn best practices for visual content.
  • Understanding of social media marketing and its role in engagement.
  • Experience creating designs for other platforms like Instagram or Facebook.
  • Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
