Job Overview

We are looking for a tech-savvy Social Media Manager / Web Designerto join our remote team. This role combines customer support, website management, and creative content development. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating websites, assisting customers with technical inquiries, and creating engaging digital content.

This is a remote full-time position working US timezone hours.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support (Primary Responsibility)

• Provide customer support by assisting users and clients navigating the website
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through solutions
• Maintain a professional and helpful approach when responding to inquiries

Social Media & Content

• Manage and maintain social media accounts
• Create social media graphics and promotional materials
• Develop and manage newsletters

Graphic Design & Video

• Create light graphic design assets for marketing and social media
• Edit and create short-form videos as needed

Technical Writing

• Write and publish technical articles or guides related to the website

Website Management

• Maintain and update website content
• Manage website design elements and functionality
• Work within WordPress to update pages, layouts, and content
• Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in social media management, web design, graphic design, or related roles

• At least 1 year of experience working with US-based clients

• Experience with WordPress website management and design

• Basic graphic design skills(Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools)

• Experience managing social media platforms

• Ability to write clear technical or instructional content

• Basic video editing skillsare a plus

• Strong communication and customer support skills

• Tech-savvy and able to quickly navigate web platforms

• Ability to work US timezone hours
