The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic social media presence to promote the company’s multifamily properties, strengthen brand visibility, and generate qualified leads. This role includes creating engaging content, showcasing property features, amenities, lifestyle benefits, and community highlights across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.

The ideal candidate will manage content calendars, run targeted ad campaigns, respond to inquiries, monitor analytics, and optimize performance to improve engagement and conversion rates. They will collaborate with leasing, marketing, and property teams to ensure accurate, compelling, and timely promotional materials that attract prospective residents and enhance the company’s reputation in the rental market.
