We are now looking for a creative, reliable, and ambitious Social Media Content Designer to grow with us long term.
This is a genuine opportunity to work directly with the founder of a growing UK agency and become a key part of our creative engine.
Important: Contractor Basis
This role is offered on a self-employed / independent contractor basis.
- This is not employment
- You are responsible for your own taxes and statutory obligations
- You must provide your own equipment (laptop, software access, internet)
- You are free to work with other clients
- You control your working hours
Payment is monthly and output-based.
Compensation Structure
- Base Rate: 15,000 PHP per month (covers initial brands)
- + 4,000 PHP per month for every additional client brand you take on
The base rate of 15,000 PHP per month covers the initial three brands.
We anticipate the workload for these brands to average approximately 30 hours per month (around 8 hours per week) once systems and templates are established.
This equates to approximately 470–500 PHP per hour equivalent, making this a strong and competitive freelance rate within the Philippines creative market.
Additional client brands will increase your monthly compensation accordingly.
This role is designed to reward efficiency — if you are organised and productive, you may complete the work in fewer hours while maintaining full pay.
As the agency grows, your income grows with it.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will be responsible for producing and scheduling content across multiple brands (initially 3), including:
- Creating static social media posts (Instagram & Facebook)
- Designing story content
- Editing short-form video content (Reels)
- Formatting captions provided by the director
- Submitting content for approval where required
- Making revisions when necessary
- Scheduling and publishing content via Meta Business Suite or similar tools
You will work closely with the Director in weekly strategy meetings to:
- Align on brand tone and aesthetic
- Refine creative direction
- Improve content quality
- Develop brand consistency across clients
In the early stages, you will receive clear direction, references, and guidance. Over time, we expect you to take more ownership of execution.
Mandatory Requirements
- Proven experience creating content for Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
- Strong Canva experience
- Graphic design capability (layouts, typography, branding consistency)
- Video editing skills for short-form content (Reels-style)
- Comfortable scheduling and publishing posts
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable internet connection
- Own laptop/equipment
Preferred (Not Essential but Advantageous)
- Adobe Photoshop / Premiere Pro / After Effects experience
- Experience with TikTok content formatting
- Experience supporting UK or Western brands
- Understanding of branding and premium positioning
- Ability to suggest improvements and creative ideas
