We are looking for a creative Social Media Manager who can handle everything—from content ideas to final design and video creation. Someone who thinks creatively, understands digital trends, and can help us grow our brand through smart digital marketing strategies.

This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling, designing posts, creating reels, and experimenting with new content formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube
• Generate content ideas and convert them into engaging designs and videos
• Design static posts, carousels, reels & short videos
• Write catchy captions, hashtags & CTAs
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely posting
• Track performance and suggest improvements
• Support digital marketing campaigns (lead generation, brand awareness)
• Collaborate with marketing & business teams
• Stay updated with trends, audios & platform changes

Skills Required

• Strong creative thinking & visual sense
• Experience with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, Premiere Pro (or similar tools)
• Good understanding of social media algorithms & trends
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing & ads
• Ability to create reels, stories & short-form videos
• Strong communication & copywriting skills
• Time management & consistency

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

• Knowledge of Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads
• Motion graphics basics
• SEO & content marketing knowledge
