Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Designer to join our growing iGaming marketing team. This role focuses on creating engaging visual content that drives awareness, conversions, and retention across social channels, while liaising directly with
promotional calendars
and
CRM campaigns
.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-performing social media content (static, story, and carousel formats) for platforms including Instagram, X, Facebook, Telegram, and Discord.
- Collaborate with the CRM, Casino , and marketing teams to align visuals with ongoing promotions, tournaments, events, and retention campaigns.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all touchpoints, ensuring multi-brand compliance and adherence to platform-specific guidelines.
- Own the outcomes for and translate promotional calendars and campaign briefs into compelling creative assets and templates using Photoshop, Illustrator, Figm a, or similar tools.
- Create and optimize designs for both organic and paid social placements to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Support CRM initiatives by designing assets for email headers, push notifications, banners, and landing pages.
- Track creative performance metrics to improve campaign results.
- Stay updated on social media trends, casino promotions, and organic marketing tactics to keep designs relevant and appealing.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Solid understanding of social media ad formats, visual storytelling, and full-funnel engagement design principles.
- Proficiency in a variety of proprietary, free, and professional design tools.
- Strong eye for typography, layout, and colour balance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, sync with promotional calendars , and meet tight deadlines.
Experience in the
iGaming, sweepstakes,
or
digital entertainment industry
preferred.
