Rentvest is on a mission to make renting smarter — helping renters turn rent into ownership and connecting landlords with the next generation of tenants.
We’re looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Coordinator & Canva Designer Intern to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll shape our online presence, create eye-catching designs, and help grow our brand’s voice across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
This is a great opportunity if you’re passionate about real estate, design, and social media, and want to get startup experience with a potential path to equity.
What You’ll Do
Content Creation: Design graphics, carousels, and short videos in Canva (and/or Adobe Suite if preferred). Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and post content across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Brand Consistency: Ensure all posts align with Rentvest’s voice, look, and feel. Campaign Support: Assist with the launch of new marketing campaigns and rent-to-own awareness initiatives. Trend Research: Keep an eye on social media trends, sounds, and hashtags to keep content fresh and relevant. Analytics & Reporting: Track engagement and growth metrics, and make suggestions to improve performance.
What We’re Looking For
A creative eye for design and a strong sense of aesthetics. Experience with Canva (bonus if you know Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools). Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok trends and best practices. Strong written communication skills — clear, concise, and a little witty. A self-starter who can work independently and take initiative. Interest in real estate, housing, or startups (not required but a plus!).
