Job Description
Brehm Media is looking for a Social Media Content Writer & Graphic Designer who is genuinely strong with both writing and visual design.
This role requires someone who can create social media content where the copy and visuals work together naturally. The strongest candidates care about how something sounds, how it looks, and whether the two elements truly support each other. When feedback is given, it is remembered and applied moving forward rather than repeated.
This is not a strategy role, and it is not client-facing. The focus of the work is consistent execution: producing high-quality social media content that aligns with the brand voice and direction provided.
At this time, this role is not a fit for someone who is still developing their skills. It is designed for someone who already knows what strong content looks like and can execute without constant correction.

Brehm Media is a boutique social media agency that specializes in organic social content, email marketing, and paid social advertising. Our clients rely on us to help their brands communicate clearly and consistently online.
We work with companies across multiple industries. This particular project focuses primarily on dental/orthodontics, real estate, and B2B professional services. Social media content for these businesses must balance professionalism and education while still being visually engaging and accessible to the audience.
Our approach to content is structured and process driven. Creatives work within a defined system that allows them to focus on producing thoughtful, high-quality work without needing to manage strategy, client communication, or account direction.
The Role
The Social Media Content Writer & Graphic Designer is responsible for producing monthly batches of social media content across multiple client accounts.
The work includes both writing and visual creation. Each piece of content must reflect the tone and messaging appropriate for the industry while maintaining platform specific formatting and visual clarity.
Responsibilities include:
- Writing brand-aligned social media captions for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Designing static graphics and carousel posts using provided direction and brand guidelines
- Creating reels, reel covers, and editing short-form videos when needed
- Ensuring visuals and copy support each other and feel cohesive
- Maintaining a consistent brand voice across multiple client accounts
- Producing content that is educational, professional, and aligned with each client’s industry
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys producing consistent, high-quality content on a recurring basis rather than jumping between one-off freelance projects.
Current Project Scope
We are currently hiring a Creative to support a group of dental/orthodontic, real estate, and B2B clients. Typical monthly production includes:
- Approximately 120 – 150 pieces of content
- Primarily static graphics and carousel posts, and lightly edited reels or short-form video
- Most content focuses on education, credibility, services, and clear communication rather than entertainment-first content.
Compensation
Starting at $3,000 - $3,300 per month
This role is structured around output, not hours. Content is assigned in batches with a clearly defined scope before production begins so that expectations and compensation are understood upfront.
Additional client batches may be added over time for creatives who demonstrate strong execution, consistency, and the ability to handle volume without a drop in quality.
Work Structure
This position is structured as contractor work. Content assignments are organized into weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly batches. Contractors manage their own schedule and workflow as long as agreed-upon deadlines are met.
Occasional adjustments may arise during the month that slightly affect production scope. Strong communication and adaptability are expected.
A Note on Tools and AI
We recognize that tools, including AI-assisted tools, can support the creative process when used thoughtfully. At Brehm Media, tools are meant to assist the work rather than replace it.
Strong candidates demonstrate judgment, attention to voice, and an understanding of how visuals and messaging work together. The goal is thoughtful execution, not automated production.
Compensation Growth Opportunity
Strong creatives who demonstrate consistent quality and the ability to handle multiple client accounts are given additional monthly content batches over time.
One of our current contractors is earning between $5,000 – $5,700 per month across multiple client accounts based on this structure. This is not a starting point, but an example of what is possible for someone who performs at a high level and builds trust within the system.
Qualifications & Skills
- The ideal candidate demonstrates the following capabilities:
- Strong social media copywriting skills with an understanding of tone and voice
- Strong visual design ability for social media platforms
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
- Familiarity with formatting content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Ability to manage larger content batches while maintaining quality and consistency
- Professional communication and openness to feedback
Experience working with dental, real estate, or B2B brands is helpful but not required.
