Role Description

We’re looking for creative and motivated volunteers to join our international team as Social Media Content Creators and Graphic Designers.

Both roles are remote and offer the opportunity to help shape the visual and digital identity of TugOnn while contributing to a positive, student-led movement.

Graphic Designer

Your Role:

Design engaging and cohesive visuals for social media, events, and campaigns.

Collaborate with the content and strategy team to bring ideas to life visually.

Develop graphics, layouts, and branding materials that align with TugOnn’s mission and tone.

Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new visual and creative projects.

You Are:

Passionate about visual storytelling and digital design.

Proficient with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma, or similar).

Able to work independently while being open to feedback and collaboration.

Eager to grow your creative portfolio through meaningful, real-world projects.

Social Media Content Creator

Your Role:

Plan, write, and create engaging content for TugOnn’s social media channels.

Support the development of social media campaigns that build awareness and community engagement.

Collaborate with the design team to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment.

Stay up to date with social media trends and propose new ideas for growth and engagement.

You Are:

Skilled in storytelling, caption writing, and content ideation.

Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn content strategies.

Comfortable working in an international, collaborative student environment.

Passionate about connecting students and amplifying meaningful initiatives online.
