We’re looking for a creative and detail-driven Social Content Designer
to craft engaging, on-brand content across social platforms. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong visual design skills with content thinking—someone who understands how ideas translate into high-performing social content.

What You’ll Do
- Conceptualise and design content for social media (static, carousel, short-form video, etc.)
- Translate brand messaging into compelling visual and content formats
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and design teams on campaigns
- Maintain consistency across tone, style, and visual identity
- Adapt content for different platforms (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Monitor content performance and iterate based on insights
- Stay up to date with social trends, formats, and audience behaviour
- Support content planning and campaign execution

What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in social media design, content creation, or digital marketing
- Strong portfolio showcasing social content, campaigns, or brand work
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar
- Basic motion/video editing skills (e.g. After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut)
- Understanding of social platforms, formats, and engagement principles
- Ability to balance creativity with brand consistency
- Strong attention to detail and visual storytelling skills
- Comfortable working in a remote-first environment
- Based in Australia with full working rights
