Job Overview:

We’re seeking talented and charismatic Content Creators/Specialists to join our team. As a key member of our agency, you’ll produce captivating affiliate marketing streams and short-form content that showcase our fashion-forward brand, promote affiliate products, and engage our growing audience. This is a remote, contract-based role perfect for creative individuals with a knack for building connections and driving trends on a variety of social media platforms.




Key Responsibilities:


Create and host engaging affiliate marketing streams (“a minimum of 15 hours per month, spread across at least 7 days, with flexibility) that highlight fashion, lifestyle, and a host of products to choose from at your discretion, to present to your audience.


Produce high-quality short-form content that aligned with our brand aesthetic and campaign goals.


Collaborate with our growing team to develop content strategies that boost engagement and follower growth.


Promote affiliate products authentically during streams, driving conversions and sales.


Adhere to social media community guidelines and our agency’s content standards to maintain a safe and professional presence.


Engage with audience to build a loyal community and represent our brand’s values.


Participate in occasional training or strategy sessions to align with campaign objectives.


Qualifications:


Experience with social media streaming or short-form content creation (fashion or lifestyle content a plus).


Strong understanding of trends, algorithms, and audience engagement strategies.


Passion for fashion, affiliate marketing, and building an online community.


Excellent verbal and communication skills.


Ability to work independently and meet content deadlines.
