What you will be doing

In this role, you will be at the center of our creative output across multiple client accounts. Your work will directly shape how brands show up on social media.

You will:

• Conceptualize and design social media creatives from scratch based on briefs
• Create high-performing ad creatives, posts, and short-form content across different industries
• Build multiple variations of designs for A/B testing and campaign scaling
• Translate strategy and briefs into clear, strong visual execution
• Work closely with social media managers, account teams, and designers
• Keep brand consistency while adapting creatives across different clients
• Stay on top of social media trends and apply them to real campaign work
• Support the wider design team with fast and consistent creative output
• Organize and manage design assets for reuse and efficiency

What we are looking for:

Someone who is both creative and fast. Someone who understands that design is not just about aesthetics, but about performance.

• Strong skills in Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience creating social media content such as ads, posts, and reels
• Strong video editing and short-form motion skills
• Solid understanding of design fundamentals like layout, hierarchy, and visual balance
• Deep understanding of what works on social platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
• Ability to take a brief and turn it into strong creative concepts quickly
• High attention to detail and consistency across outputs
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients at speed
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable using task and time management tools

Bonus points if you have

• Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Figma
• Exposure to motion graphics or advanced video editing
• Interest or experience in AI tools or AR-based creative
• A strong portfolio showing performance-driven social media work
