We’re looking for a
creative, fast-moving Video Editor & Designer
to join our remote team to p
roduce dynamic, eye-catching content that truly connects with our audience and drives our company’s digital story forward.

What You’ll Do

• Edit and produce short-form video content, including but not limited to YouTube Shorts, Instagram & Facebook Reels
• Design engaging, visually appealing images and YouTube thumbnails
• Work with the content team to come up with and create graphic and video ideas.

Key Metrics

• Generate ~20 pieces of content /week
• Increase views and reach in organic content
• Increase comments and engagement in the accounts.

We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience editing
• Understanding of what makes good, attention grabbing, valuable content
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual design
• Excellent attention to detail, including spelling, grammar, and brand consistency
• Proficient in English
• Based in Europe, preferably Eastern Europe.
