Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is looking for a freelance Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is looking for a freelance Service Designer/ UX Researcher Consultant to join their Experience Design team. This role will support patient experience and support programs and requires someone who can shape end-to-end service design. This opportunity will involve jumping into an existing project, to help guide the team as well as remain hands on in deliverables.
This is a 40hrs/week opportunity, fully remote starting ASAP after onboarding process and going through EOY with some potential to extend based on business need and performance. This role requires you to attend multiple meetings each week.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain end-to-end service blueprints and personas
- Run ongoing workshops to uncover problem areas and identify opportunities
- Guide the team on best practices
- Conduct continuous discovery to ensure patient and healthcare provider needs are understood and addressed
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to evolve the service over time
Qualifications
- Proven experience in service design and research
- Strong facilitation skills for workshops and discovery sessions
- Familiarity with patient experience programs, healthcare, or pharma preferred
- Proficiency in Figma
- Background working on Salesforce-based platforms is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to join their Experience Design team.
