🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Design and improve end-to-end service experiences across digital and physical touchpoints
  • Map user journeys, service blueprints, and system workflows
  • Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, engineers, and business stakeholders
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and workshops to identify pain points and opportunities
  • Translate insights into service concepts, prototypes, and experience improvements
  • Support service transformation and process optimisation initiatives
  • Contribute to creating consistent, accessible, and user-centered service standards

✅ Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Centered Design, Service Design, Psychology, or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in service design, UX design, research, or internships/projects
  • Familiarity with service design tools and methods (e.g., journey mapping, service blueprints, stakeholder mapping)
  • Basic understanding of UX principles and systems thinking
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills (workshops are a plus)
  • Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams
  • Fluent in English
  • Based in Australia with full working rights
