Service Designer

This role is ideal for early-career professionals passionate about improving end-to-end service experiences, solving complex system problems, and designing meaningful interactions across multiple touchpoints.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Design and improve end-to-end service experiences across digital and physical touchpoints
- Map user journeys, service blueprints, and system workflows
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, engineers, and business stakeholders
- Conduct user research, interviews, and workshops to identify pain points and opportunities
- Translate insights into service concepts, prototypes, and experience improvements
- Support service transformation and process optimisation initiatives
- Contribute to creating consistent, accessible, and user-centered service standards
✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Centered Design, Service Design, Psychology, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in service design, UX design, research, or internships/projects
- Familiarity with service design tools and methods (e.g., journey mapping, service blueprints, stakeholder mapping)
- Basic understanding of UX principles and systems thinking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills (workshops are a plus)
- Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams
- Fluent in English
- Based in Australia with full working rights
