We’re looking for a systems-driven
Service Designer
to design and improve end-to-end services across digital, physical, and operational touchpoints. This role focuses on connecting user experience with internal processes—ensuring services are not only usable, but also effective and scalable behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do
- Design and optimise end-to-end service experiences across channels and touchpoints
- Map current and future-state services, including frontstage and backstage processes
- Identify breakdowns across systems, operations, and user interactions
- Work closely with product, operations, engineering, and business teams
- Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders and co-create service solutions
- Develop service blueprints, journey maps, and system-level artefacts
- Translate research insights into service improvements and operational changes
- Support implementation and adoption of service design across teams

What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Service Design, UX, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field
- Proven experience in Service Design or complex experience design roles
- Strong portfolio showing service blueprints, journey mapping, and systems thinking
- Experience working across organisational and operational layers (not just UI)
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder alignment skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and complex systems
- Clear communication and storytelling ability
- Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Miro, or similar
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
- Based in Australia with full working rights
