Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage websites (70%) – create, update, and maintain responsive websites and landing pages
• Work on platforms like WordPress, Webflow, Wix, or similar CMS tools
• Ensure website performance, speed, responsiveness, and overall functionality
• Design intuitive and user-friendly UI/UX for web pages
• Create supporting graphics for social media and marketing
• Collaborate with marketing, tech, and cross-functional teams
• Maintain consistency in branding across all digital assets
• Optimize websites based on feedback and user behavior

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in web design, UI/UX, and website development
• Strong portfolio showcasing websites you have built and managed
• Hands-on experience with website builders/CMS platforms
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS (JavaScript is a plus)
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Strong understanding of responsive design and UX principles
• Ability to handle end-to-end website projects independently
• Comfortable working in EST timezone
• This is a remote role, candidates must have a reliable device and proper setup to work independently
• Prior experience in real estate websites/projects is highly desirable
