40 hours/week (Core hours 8am – 5pm ET preferred, but we offer flexibility)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail oriented Web Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for crafting high converting, visually stunning websites that balance aesthetic beauty with functional user experience. This is a great opportunity for a designer who enjoys working in a fast paced startup environment and wants to see their work have a direct impact.

What You Will Do

• Design responsive websites and landing pages from concept to final handoff.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity mockups.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented perfectly.
• Maintain and evolve our visual brand identity across digital platforms.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience (5+ years preferred).
• Expert level proficiency in Figma .
• Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite .
• A strong portfolio demonstrating clean, modern design and smart UX thinking.
• High level of English proficiency (written and spoken).
