NOVA Signage is launching new B2B products for North America. We need a design lead who’s hands-on, fast, and AI-savvy.

Role summary

Own day-to-day design and product-launch collateral: brochures/one-pagers, WordPress landing pages, clean 2D assets (Illustrator), and light 3D/AI renders. Build simple, repeatable workflows using AI to speed delivery and keep quality high.

What you’ll do

• Create launch kits: brochure/one-pager, spec blocks, and WordPress landing sections.
• Produce clean production-ready 2D assets (Illustrator) for web/print.
• Generate light 3D or AI renders for hero/product shots.
• Systemize with AI: prompt libraries, batch exports, layout/variant automation.
• Maintain style guides, templates, and components for consistency.
• Collaborate with PM/marketing; ship quickly and iterate on feedback.

Must-haves

• Great design taste (type, layout, spacing)—portfolio proves it.
• Illustrator expert (most important); strong Figma and Photoshop.
• WordPress front-end familiarity (blocks/Elementor; no deep back-end).
• AI fluency (ChatGPT + design plugins/automation; image/gen tools welcome).
• Organized, fast, clear English communication.

Nice-to-haves (bonus)

• Basic 3D (Blender/KeyShot or AI render tools).
• Print prepress basics; asset optimization for web.
• Signage/physical product background (not required).

Schedule & compensation

• Part-time: 20 hrs/week, Tue–Sat, 5–9 AM Manila.
• Compensation: ₱20,000–₱30,000/month (DOE).
• Path to full-time based on KPIs (on-time, first-pass approvals, automation impact).
