Role Scope: Impact & Strategy
As a Senior Visual Designer, your primary focus will be high-velocity, high-quality
execution and production
, informed by a strategic mindset and ability to conceptualize at the highest level.
I. High-Impact Production & Execution
This pillar requires technical mastery and an obsession with detail. You are the hands-on force ensuring flawless delivery across all channels.
- Flawless Asset Creation:
Develop a wide range of on-brand, on-strategy digital assets, including
landing pages, banners, social media graphics, resized assets, simple animations (GIFs), and illustrations
(emojis, iconography, infographics).
- Production Excellence:
Execute complex tasks such as
photography searches, detailed editing, and retouching
to maintain a polished, high-quality aesthetic, maintaining absolute fluency in current design software, including
Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and InVision
.
- Presentation Design:
Utilize
Keynote, G-Slides, and PowerPoint
to create exceptional deck content for pitching concepts, internal case studies, and supporting speaker presentations.
- Handoff Mastery:
Package projects for
seamless handoff
to development and production teams, ensuring
pixel-perfect
execution and adherence to best practices.
II. Conceptualization & Strategic Input
This pillar relies on your Senior-level experience to inform the work, improve processes, and guide the overall aesthetic quality.
- Conceptual Contribution:
Apply strategic thinking to develop
initial concepts, sketches, storyboards, and wireframes
that align with creative briefs and brand guidelines.
- Proactive Problem Solving:
Apply a
solutions-oriented mindset
to daily tasks. Actively participate in
constructive critiques and collaborative brainstorms
to elevate the team's output.
- Technical Documentation:
Create
detailed documentation
of client design specifications and explain/support the technical decisions behind your design work to both internal teams and clients.
- Continuous Improvement:
Proactively research new design strategies, technologies, and software, staying up to date on the latest trends, including a
willingness to learn and utilize AI tools
to optimize design workflows.
III. Autonomy & Collaboration Standards
This section defines how you operate within the fully remote team structure.
- Agile Collaboration:
Work autonomously and as part of a project team to complete daily design requests.
Communicate directly
with client teams and Designerds coworkers in a clear, professional, and timely manner via Slack, email, and video conferencing.
- Adaptability:
Be comfortable with
evolving project requirements and shifting priorities
common in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Followership & Leadership:
Effectively
take direction
from Creative and Art Directors while possessing the confidence to
explain and defend
technical and creative decisions.
- Communication:
Maintain
excellent written and oral English communication skills
to collaborate effectively with Project Managers, Creative Directors, and directly with US-based clients.
Requirements (Must-Haves)
- 4+ years of experience as a visual designer in a Creative Agency, In-House Design Team, or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in Art, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced level of English
, written and spoken.
- Must be highly proficient with company software including but not limited to:
Slack, ClickUp, and G-Suite.
- A
design portfolio
that features projects executed on professional websites or as a PDF is
REQUIRED
for consideration.

Compensation & Next Steps
Compensation will be a
competitive annual salary
based on experience and qualifications, commensurate with a full-time Senior Visual Designer role.
