Senior Visual Designer, Brand & Marketing (Remote – West Coast Hours)

Senior Visual Designer
to craft impactful, customer-driven brand and marketing experiences across digital channels. This fully remote role requires working West Coast hours and offers the chance to shape design systems and campaigns that guide small businesses toward success.

What You’ll Do

• Design meaningful, end-to-end brand and marketing experiences across web, email, and in-product touchpoints.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, product managers, researchers, and content strategists to drive results.
• Leverage and evolve a robust design system to ensure consistency across marketing campaigns.
• Use customer insights, research, and testing to inform design decisions.
• Balance big-picture conceptual thinking with hands-on execution.
• Present design rationale clearly to cross-functional partners and stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years in visual design for marketing, with an online portfolio showcasing impactful campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in design or related field.
• Mastery of Figma (component libraries, asset optimization).
• Experience designing for web, email, and in-product marketing funnels.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with marketers and cross-functional partners.
• Understanding of generative AI tools and design best practices.
• Working knowledge of content management systems.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with A/B testing and customer research.
• Experience scaling design systems across multiple channels.
• Passion for small business growth and customer advocacy.
