Who We Are

Join our team and help transform lives by delivering life-changing treatments and exceptional care. We offer a collaborative environment with competitive compensation, professional growth opportunities, and a mission-driven focus on maximizing value for both our business and customers. With a goal-centric culture that encourages risk-taking, self-empowerment, and transparency, you'll thrive in a fast-paced setting where making an impact is key.

Our Mission

We are on a mission to tackle America's metabolic health crisis by educating the public on its challenges and offering safe, science-backed treatments. With over 80 million Americans affected and $600 billion in annual medical costs attributed to metabolic disorders, we provide accessible solutions that empower people to improve their health and maintain lasting results. Our goal is simple: transform lives through education and effective, outcomes-driven care.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Product Designer to own the user experience strategy for HealthOS. You will be the primary reference for UX within the organization, responsible for defining, validating, and evolving the entire journey for Patients and Internal Admin Teams.

You won’t just be designing screens; you will be formulating hypotheses, testing current flows, and identifying friction points to drive rapid improvements. Your goal is to maximize conversion and clinical efficiency through a continuous cycle of research, prototyping, and validation.

Your Responsibilities

  • Hypothesis-Driven Design: Proactively identify gaps in the user journey. Create and test hypotheses to improve conversion rates (Intake) and operational speed (Admin Portal) rather than just executing feature requests.
  • Rapid Experimentation: Design and launch quick tests (A/B, prototypes) to validate ideas before full implementation. You focus on speed-to-learning.
  • Experience Research: Conduct usability testing, analyze funnel drop-offs (using tools like PostHog/Mixpanel), and interview internal users to uncover hidden pain points.
  • Patient Experience: Own the end-to-end patient journey from the first ad click to long-term retention, ensuring the experience is trustworthy and frictionless.
  • Admin Workflow Efficiency: Deep dive into internal operations to design EMR tools that reduce cognitive load and error rates for our clinical support teams.
  • Design Leadership: Act as the internal voice of the user. Challenge assumptions with data and ensure every interface decision serves a clear user or business goal.

What You Bring to Eden

Must Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Design, with a portfolio demonstrating iterative design processes based on data and research (not just final UI).
  • Strong Research Capabilities: Proven experience planning and running user research (usability testing, heuristic evaluations, customer interviews). You know how to validate a problem before designing the solution.
  • Analytical Mindset: You are comfortable looking at data (funnels, heatmaps) to find opportunities. You don’t guess; you observe behavior.
  • Rapid Prototyping: Ability to build quick, testable prototypes in Figma to get feedback fast.
  • Complex System Design: Experience with logic-heavy flows (e.g., forms with conditional branching, admin dashboards).
  • Communication: Ability to articulate the "Why" behind your design decisions to stakeholders using evidence and logic.

Nice to Have:

  • Growth Design Experience: Specific background in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) or growth experiments.
  • HealthTech Context: Familiarity with patient intake flows or EMR workflows.

What Success Looks Like

  • Day 30: You have mapped the current Patient Intake flow, identified the top 3 friction points via data/research, and proposed a testable hypothesis for improvement.
  • Day 60: You have executed your first A/B test or usability study on the Intake, delivering validated insights that improved conversion.
  • Day 90: You are actively driving the product roadmap by bringing "ready-to-build" solutions that have already been de-risked through your research and testing process.
