You’ll:

• Reimagine core flows like Candidate Pipeline, Matcher, and Call Management;
• Turn complex data into clear, actionable dashboards;
• Design a self-serve onboarding experience that removes the need for implementation support;
• Build a scalable design system that accelerates development.

🔎 What we’re looking for:

You’re not just a designer — you’re a
problem solver obsessed with usability;

• 5+ years in UX/UI (ideally B2B SaaS or complex platforms);
• Strong portfolio with workflow simplification + data visualization;
• Expert in Figma;
• Solid understanding of React & component-based design;
• Experience (or interest) in design systems;
• Clear communication — you can explain your decisions;

Bonus: experience with
shadcn/ui.
