Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and optimization of the UI/UX for an internally developed platform.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Apply best practices in usability, accessibility, and responsive design to ensure a

seamless user experience.

• Develop and implement front-end solutions using JavaScript and HTML to bring design concepts to life.
• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve UI/UX issues and defects.
• Create wire frames, prototypes, and visual design assets to communicate concepts clearly.
• Provide expert recommendations on design improvements and contribute to product

innovation.

• Work independently to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality outputs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with exposure to front-

end development.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and HTML (knowledge of CSS is a plus).
• Demonstrated expertise with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Proven ability to analyze user workflows and suggest data-driven improvements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work with minimal direction

Rate: Php450/hr - Php500/hr

Location: Remote

Schedule: 7am - 4pm, Monday to Friday
