We are an early stage startup in Silicon Valley, California, building a new kind of ride-hailing mobility platform. Our pilot MVP will launch in the San Francisco Bay Area soon, with a vision to scale across the U.S. and expand internationally. Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and efficient Senior UX/UI Designer to take full ownership of our product’s user experience. You will work directly with the founding and engineering teams to design an intuitive, seamless, and visually compelling product that connects riders and drivers. Your expertise will be crucial in creating an elegant and accessible interface for both our mobile app and web portal.
Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Design:
Lead the entire UX/UI design process, from initial user research and concept ideation to high-fidelity prototypes and final hand-off to the development team.

User-Centered Approach:
Conduct user interviews, create personas, and perform usability testing to gather insights that inform and validate design decisions.

Prototyping & Wire framing:
Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for key features, including secure user authentication, driver/rider profiles, booking systems, and in-app payments.

Visual Design:
Define and maintain our product’s visual identity. Develop and expand a comprehensive design system, including style guides, components, and patterns to ensure consistency across all platforms.

Collaboration:
Work closely with front-end developers to ensure the design vision is implemented with pixel-perfect precision and responsiveness.

Real-Time Experience:
Design the user interface for dynamic features such as real-time geo-location, in-app chat, and live notifications.
Requirements
● 5+ years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong focus on mobile and web applications.
● A compelling portfolio that demonstrates a user-centered design process and a high level of craftsmanship.
● Proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
● Solid understanding of responsive design principles and best practices for both iOS and Android platforms.
● Experience designing interfaces for complex, real-time applications.
● Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills to effectively articulate design decisions.
● Desired / good to have: Experience in the mobility, rideshare, or on-demand marketplace industry.

IMPORTANT: This role will start as 4:1 Cliff vested with company equity ownership shares as a founding member and a competitive salary with benefits will initiate as Series A funding takes place
. Until fund is available you have to bootstrap partnering with us (

) as we all are investing our times.
