About the Role

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our remote product and design team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience shaping user-centered digital experiences—from research and wireframing to polished UI design. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to build intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design for web and mobile applications
  • Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
  • Translate user insights into clear and thoughtful design solutions
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to refine requirements
  • Deliver design assets and documentation that support smooth implementation
  • Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Participate in design reviews and continuously improve user experience

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–12 years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, or similar role
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design for digital products
  • Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, UI design best practices, and visual design fundamentals
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing
  • Ability to create responsive layouts and design for multiple devices
  • Familiarity with design systems and component-based design
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in remote environments
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, intuitive experiences
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, basic React/Angular understanding)
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams
  • Motion design or micro-interaction experience
  • Understanding of analytics tools (Hotjar, GA, Mixpanel)
  • Experience designing for accessibility and inclusive design practices

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £50,000.00-£90,000.00 per year
