About the Role
We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our remote product and design team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience shaping user-centered digital experiences—from research and wireframing to polished UI design. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to build intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Translate user insights into clear and thoughtful design solutions
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to refine requirements
- Deliver design assets and documentation that support smooth implementation
- Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Participate in design reviews and continuously improve user experience
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–12 years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design for digital products
- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Solid understanding of UX principles, UI design best practices, and visual design fundamentals
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Ability to create responsive layouts and design for multiple devices
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based design
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in remote environments
- Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, intuitive experiences
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, basic React/Angular understanding)
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams
- Motion design or micro-interaction experience
- Understanding of analytics tools (Hotjar, GA, Mixpanel)
- Experience designing for accessibility and inclusive design practices
