We are seeking a Senior UX Designer for a top company in Dublin offering a fully remote contract. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and evaluate user requirements.
• Work closely with senior management on governance calls.
• Managing an offshore team to make sure they are on track within the projects.
• Research and diagnose business challenges and usability issues to uncover actionable insights.
• Create storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to communicate design concepts.
• Design both low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Validate design solutions with end users to ensure alignment with their needs.
• Design and optimize UI elements and design systems including menus, tabs, navigation, buttons, forms, and widgets.
• Develop mockups and prototypes that illustrate site format and functionality using UX methodologies.
• Create original graphic designs and visual flows (e.g. images, sketches, tables).
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems such as responsiveness and accessibility.
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback and testing.
• Advise stakeholders on UX best practices and design strategy.
