Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Senior UX Designer. The Senior UX Designer will play a key role in designing and enhancing user experiences for digital products by employing design thinking methodologies, conducting user research, and creating user-centered designs. Responsibilities will include crafting user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring visually appealing and intuitive design solutions that align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Design Thinking and User Research to understand user needs, behaviors, and create human-centered designs
• Strong skills in User Experience (UX) design, including user flow creation and problem-solving for usability
• Expertise in Visual Design and Prototyping to deliver engaging, functional, and aesthetically pleasing interfaces
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of accessibility principles and responsive design
• Experience with relevant industry-standard tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into simple, innovative design solutions
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred
