Role Description
We are looking for an experienced UX Developer who is passionate about designing meaningful healthcare experiences. This role starts as part-time (20–25 hours/week) and offers the opportunity to grow into a full-time leadership role based on performance and project milestones.
The UX Developer will work closely with product managers, healthcare experts, and developers to design and deliver a Hospital Management and Patient Booking/Management Web Application that is intuitive, accessible, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities • Own the end-to-end UX lifecycle – from research, wireframing, and prototyping to final delivery and iteration. • Conduct user research, persona mapping, and journey mapping to deeply understand doctors, staff, and patient workflows. • Develop and maintain a scalable design system and component library for RxGPT’s healthcare applications. • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and healthcare SMEs to translate requirements into intuitive, user-friendly solutions. • Design role-based dashboards that simplify complex medical and hospital management data. • Build streamlined patient booking flows, integrating scheduling, doctor selection, and real-time updates. • Ensure WCAG accessibility compliance, inclusive design, and usability for diverse patient populations. • Lead usability testing sessions, analyze user feedback, and continuously improve designs. • Create interactive prototypes (Figma, InVision, Adobe XD, etc.) for stakeholder presentations and validation. • Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and smooth design handoff. • Optimize for fast performance and minimal load times in high-demand hospital environments. • Design notification systems, alerts, and status indicators to support time-critical healthcare workflows. • Apply data security and compliance principles (HIPAA/GDPR) to protect sensitive patient data. • Provide mentorship and design reviews for junior designers or interns as RxGPT scales. • Stay updated with healthcare tech design trends, AI in UX, and accessibility standards to keep RxGPT at the forefront.

Qualifications • 5–8 years of UX/UI design experience in complex web applications. • Expertise in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar). • Strong knowledge of responsive design and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript; React/Angular/Vue preferred). • Prior exposure to healthcare systems (EHR/EMR/Hospital Management apps) strongly preferred. • Solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG). • Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
