We are the experts in helping clients build stronger partnerships with physicians and nurses. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Senior User Experience Designer to join our team.
In this role, the Senior UX Designer will shape and enhance the overall user interaction experience of GOBEL’s technology products. Partnering closely with the product team, they will design solutions that are AI-first, transform complex data into actionable insights, and empower healthcare philanthropy professionals to drive results. Leveraging their expertise, the Senior UX Designer will play a key role in product discovery, validating ideas with users, and creating intuitive experiences that help clients achieve their goals ultimately advancing GOBEL’s mission to transform healthcare philanthropy.
ResponsibilitiesDesign and create innovative wireframes, high fidelity mockups, and clickable prototypes.Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers.Help lead product discovery sessions to help validate personas, workflows, prototypes, and outcomes.Gather and document user requirements as part of the product development process.Present and communicate rationale behind design decisions to stakeholders.Identify and troubleshoot user experience problems and iterate on improvements.Contribute to improving product design, development, and optimization processes.
QualificationsRequired:8+ years proven experience with user experience design.In-depth knowledge with Figma, Adobe Create Suite, or similar tools.Strong background in UX research and product design, ideally in SaaS or data-intensive products.Expertise in translating strategy into personas, workflows, and prototypes.Experience in healthcare, data, or AI-enabled products is a plus.Systems thinking approach with an emphasis on discovery and validation over visual polish.Collaborative across Product, Technology, Finance, and Services teams.
GOBEL offers an annual compensation range of $125,000 to $150,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
