Job Description:

About the Role

We’re looking for a senior-level UX designer who can quickly ramp up on complex domains, lead stakeholder conversations, and translate ambiguous business needs into modern, intuitive designs. You’ll own discovery through delivery: conduct interviews with internal and (as appropriate) external stakeholders, define user journeys, and produce UX workflows and high-fidelity designs. This role is customer-facing and cross-functional, partnering closely with product managers and engineering leads.

Success in this role requires strong user research, rapid domain comprehension, excellent communication, and an ability to independently drive clarity in ambiguous problem spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research, create user personas, journey maps, and information architectures to inform design decisions.

Design and develop intuitive, responsive user interfaces using modern design tools and front-end technologies.

Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts.

Establish and document best practices for UI development focused on responsive design across multiple devices and screen sizes.

Work directly with customers to gather feedback and iterate on designs based on user testing results.

Ensure consistent design language across products and platforms through effective implementation of design systems.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into design solutions.

Present design concepts clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.

Stay current with UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices through continuous learning.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and component libraries.

Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and are inclusive for all users.

Create detailed design specifications and documentation for development teams.

Perform competitor analysis and usability research to identify opportunities for improvement.

Support the QA process by reviewing implemented designs and providing feedback.

Identify and implement processes that optimize user experience and operational effectiveness.

Develop and contribute to initiatives ensuring continuous improvement in design processes across the organization.

Thanks

Chandan
