The Role

We’re looking for a UI Designer to shape the visual language of WAYN across mobile, web, and system interfaces. This is not about making things “look good.” It’s about designing interfaces that feel calm, clear, and intentional. You’ll help define how a new generation interacts with technology.

What You’ll Do

• Design clean, minimal, and highly functional user interfaces
• Contribute to the WAYN design system (typography, color, components)
• Work closely with product and engineering to bring ideas to life
• Translate complex ideas into simple, intuitive screens
• Design flows that reduce friction—not increase engagement for its own sake

What We’re Looking For

• Strong UI portfolio (mobile-first experience preferred)
• High attention to detail and visual hierarchy
• Understanding of product thinking, not just visuals
• Comfortable working in an early-stage environment
