We’re looking for a seasoned UX/UI designer with 7+ years of experience to lead the design of a multi-functional mobile app, someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and brings clarity to complex user journeys. Qualifications
• 7+ years of professional experience in mobile UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio highlighting work on finance, wellness, or lifestyle apps—especially those with multi-functional or super app architecture
• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and deliver high-impact design solutions in fast-paced, iterative environments
• Deep understanding of mobile design principles, user psychology, and behavior-driven design, especially in data-sensitive domains like financial services or health tracking
• High proficiency in Figma
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams and driving alignment across stakeholders
• Experience designing secure, scalable platforms with multiple user journeys and feature sets
Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end design process for multi-functional mobile apps, integrating features like budgeting tools, fitness tracking, personalized content, and community engagement
• Design intuitive, engaging interfaces for iOS and Android, balancing simplicity with the depth required in super app ecosystems
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that reflect modular, scalable design thinking
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to validate design decisions—especially around habit formation, financial literacy, and wellness behavior
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into cohesive, user-centered experiences
• Define and maintain robust design systems that support rapid iteration and consistency across multiple app modules
• Stay ahead of UX/UI trends in fintech, healthtech, and super app architecture, integrating best practices into your work
• Present design strategies and rationale clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams
• Continuously iterate based on user feedback, behavioral analytics, and performance metrics
