About the Role:

Job Title: Senior UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• Drive the UX/UI design process: research, usability testing, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI.
• Build & maintain design systems ensuring consistency across platforms.
• Advocate UX best practices, accessibility (WCAG), and inclusive design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver simple, elegant solutions.
• Present research-backed design recommendations to stakeholders.

Must have:

• 7+ years in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio.
• Skilled in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Miro.
• Strong in user research (interviews, surveys, A/B testing).
• Knowledge of IA, interaction design, and front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JS).
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.

Nice to Have:

• SaaS / data-heavy platform experience.
• Background in HCI, psychology, or human factors.
• Familiarity with Agile/Lean UX.
• Prototyping skills in tools like Framer, Principle.

Location:
Remote (Canada based candidates)

Salary Range:
The salary for this position is between $110,000/CAD – $115,000/CAD annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
