What's the Job?
- Designing comprehensive user experiences for web and mobile platforms, from initial concept to final implementation.
- Creating high-fidelity designs, including user flows, prototypes, and detailed specifications to facilitate seamless engineering handoff.
- Contributing to and maintaining scalable, accessible, and consistent design systems with new patterns and components.
- Planning and conducting user research and usability testing to inform and refine design solutions.
- Collaborating closely with content, product, research, and engineering teams to advocate for user needs and ensure alignment with learning outcomes.
What's Needed?
- 5-8 years of product design experience with a portfolio showcasing craft, strategic thinking, and measurable impact.
- Strong foundation in user-centered design principles and experience designing AI-powered experiences is a plus.
- Ability to conduct user research, advocate for design quality, and navigate technical constraints effectively.
- Proficiency in designing pixel-perfect interfaces and scalable design systems grounded in user needs and business goals.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams including content strategists, engineers, and stakeholders.
