Our client, an innovative leader in higher education technology, is seeking a Senior User Experience Designer to join their dynamic team. As a Senior User Experience Designer, you will be part of the Product Development Department supporting cross-functional teams dedicated to creating impactful learning experiences. What's the Job?

  • Designing comprehensive user experiences for web and mobile platforms, from initial concept to final implementation.
  • Creating high-fidelity designs, including user flows, prototypes, and detailed specifications to facilitate seamless engineering handoff.
  • Contributing to and maintaining scalable, accessible, and consistent design systems with new patterns and components.
  • Planning and conducting user research and usability testing to inform and refine design solutions.
  • Collaborating closely with content, product, research, and engineering teams to advocate for user needs and ensure alignment with learning outcomes.

What's Needed?

  • 5-8 years of product design experience with a portfolio showcasing craft, strategic thinking, and measurable impact.
  • Strong foundation in user-centered design principles and experience designing AI-powered experiences is a plus.
  • Ability to conduct user research, advocate for design quality, and navigate technical constraints effectively.
  • Proficiency in designing pixel-perfect interfaces and scalable design systems grounded in user needs and business goals.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams including content strategists, engineers, and stakeholders.
