About the Role
TellByte is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of modern, high converting digital experiences across websites, landing pages, and web applications. You will work closely with developers, product leads, and stakeholders to turn ideas into clean, functional, and visually compelling interfaces.
This role is ideal for someone who understands both strong visual design and real world user behavior, not just aesthetics.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, engaging, and conversion focused UI/UX for websites, landing pages, and web apps
- Translate business goals and user needs into wireframes, user flows, and high fidelity designs
- Own the design process from concept to final delivery
- Maintain design consistency across multiple products and brands
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Continuously improve UX based on feedback, analytics, and best practices
- Create and maintain design systems, components, and UI guidelines
- Review and improve existing designs for usability, clarity, and performance
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and product design work
- Expert in Figma (required)
- Solid understanding of UX principles, user flows, and information architecture
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS to communicate effectively with developers
- Experience designing responsive and mobile first interfaces
- Ability to think strategically, not just visually
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Good communication skills in English
Nice to Have
- Experience working with startups or digital agencies
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization and UX testing
- Experience designing dashboards or SaaS products
- Basic motion or interaction design experience
