General Description
We are seeking a talented
Senior UI/UX Designer
to join our international product and design team. This role will focus on creating user-friendly, visually compelling, and scalable digital experiences for global clients. As part of a cross-functional team, you will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to bring intuitive solutions to life.
Main responsibilities
- Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and best practices.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles across the product lifecycle.
- Stay updated with industry trends and contribute to continuous innovation in design.
Required profile
- At least 4–5 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both UI design (visuals, layouts, design systems) and UX design (research, user flows, prototyping).
- Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD .
- Knowledge of usability principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional, international teams.
- Fluency in English is required; other European languages are a plus.
