We are a Startup Studio Development Agency, building the next generation of high-growth ventures for international clients. We don't just build "apps"; we build scalable businesses in FinTech, FoodTech, EdTech, and Logistics.
We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will not just be "making things pretty"—you will be owning the entire product design lifecycle. You will translate complex business logic into intuitive user flows, build robust design systems, and turn Product Requirements (PRDs) into development-ready interfaces.

: This position is 100% Remote, but you must be currently resident in Nigeria to apply.
🎨 What You Will Do
- Product Thinking
: Translate complex PRDs and user stories into clear user flows, wireframes, and information architecture. You solve problems with design, not just decoration.
- High-Fidelity UI:
Design stunning, modern interfaces for Web and Mobile apps that look world-class and build trust with users.
- Design Systems
: Create and maintain scalable Design Systems (typography, color palettes, reusable components) to ensure consistency across the product and speed up development.
- Prototyping
: Build interactive, clickable prototypes in Figma to demonstrate interactions to stakeholders and developers before code is written.
- Developer Handoff
: You understand how code works. You prepare files that developers love to work with—clean layers, clear annotations, and adherence to grid systems (Auto Layout mastery is a must).
- Iterate
: Conduct UX audits on existing products and propose data-driven improvements.
🛠️ Tech Stack & Tools
We believe the tool is only as good as the designer, but we rely heavily on modern collaborative workflows.
- Figma
: You must be an expert. (Components, Variants, Auto Layout, Variables).
- FigJam
: For brainstorming and user flow mapping.
- Adobe CC:
Illustrator/Photoshop for asset creation (icons, illustrations) is a plus.
- Understanding of Frontend
: You do not need to write code, but you must understand HTML/CSS capabilities (Flexbox, Grid) so you design feasible interfaces.

- Location
: You are currently based in Nigeria.
- Experience
: 4+ years of professional UI/UX design experience (Agency experience is a big plus).
- Portfolio
: You have a portfolio link that showcases not just "Dribbble shots," but case studies—showing the problem, your process, wireframes, and the final solution.
- System Thinker
: You don't just design one screen; you understand how that screen fits into the entire user journey and database structure.
- Independent:
You thrive in a remote environment. You can present your designs confidently to stakeholders and defend your design decisions.
