Senior Designer (UI/UX & Visual Design)

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and directly engage with UK clients to present, explain, and refine design concepts. This role requires someone with strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a collaborative mindset to build high-quality design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools (XD, Invision, Sketch, etc.).
- Present design concepts effectively to UK clients and internal teams, explaining design decisions clearly.
- Translate business requirements into visually appealing and user-friendly designs for web and mobile platforms.
- Ensure designs adhere to web standards, accessibility guidelines, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Analyze and incorporate data from analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) to improve user experience.
- Work within an agile development environment, participating in design reviews, sprint planning, and feedback sessions.

- Strong hands-on skills in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator for graphic and web design.
- Deep understanding of visual design principles and ability to create clean, modern, and engaging layouts.
- Knowledge of web standards, with the ability to identify and fix cross-browser issues.
- Intermediate proficiency in understanding and uncovering insights from analytics platforms (Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills with confidence to independently engage with UK clients.
