Coneura Technologies is building a
digital platform
tailored for beauty salons. Our goal is to create smarter, more personal tools that make it easier for beauty professionals to run and grow their businesses.

We’re looking for a
creative partner
— not someone who waits for instructions, but someone who takes initiative, brings bold ideas, and co-creates intuitive digital experiences with us. Your work will shape the foundation of our digital platform and set the stage for expansion.

What You’ll Do

• Design clean, modern, and intuitive web/tablet/mobile application interfaces
• Create user flows, prototypes, and design systems that simplify complex processes
• Contribute ideas, challenge assumptions, and take initiative to improve design outcomes
• Collaborate with leadership and engineers as a co-creator , not just an executor
• Balance aesthetics with functionality while keeping an eye on emerging design trends

What You Bring

• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio of projects
• Proficiency in Figma (mandatory); Adobe XD is a plus
• Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility principles
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and propose creative solutions
• Proficient in clear English communication
• Experience in the beauty industry (huge plus) and you know much about  braiding, nails, lashes, etc.

Requirements

• Remote-based work 23 days a month.
• Short term contract with a possibility for extension
