Role Description
We are looking for a
UI/UX Designer
to join our team on a contract, remote basis. In this role, you will design and develop the user interface for our web applications and website. You’ll also play a key role in building our
brand design guidelines
—including logo usage, colour schemes, typography, and component standards—to ensure consistency across the entire platform.
This role is
based in India
. You will be working remotely during
Indian working hours (IST time zone)
.
Responsibilities
- Design web application interfaces, CRM dashboards, and website pages
- Create mockups, prototypes, and design assets for implementation
- Define and maintain brand design guidelines (logo, colours, typography, components, etc.)
- Work closely with the development team to integrate designs into the product
- Contribute to improving the overall user experience on our platform
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar). Figma Preferred
- Experience creating mockups and front-end design elements
- Knowledge of brand identity design and component libraries
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and other team members
- Familiarity with agile workflows is an asset
- Experience in education technology is a plus
Compensation
- Annual salary: ₹6,00,000 – ₹8,00,000
