🎯 The Role

This is not a “make it pretty” role.

You’ll define how users interact with AI to build and operate an eCommerce business.

From first prompt → to generated store → to running operations.

At the same time, you’ll play a key role in redesigning our existing backend SaaS platform
- improving complex workflows across OMS, WMS, and operational tools.

You’ll work directly with the CTO and engineers, shaping both UX and product behavior.

🧩 What You’ll Work On

• Designing AI-first experiences (prompt → output → iteration)
• Building end-to-end journeys (onboarding → first sale → scaling)
• Redesigning core SaaS backend (dashboards, operations, workflows)
• Creating scalable design systems across product surfaces
• Defining AI interaction patterns (generation, editing, suggestions)
• Translating complex systems into simple, intuitive UX

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in Product Design
• Experience with SaaS, developer tools, or complex systems
• Strong UX thinking + clean, modern UI
• Experience designing end-to-end products
• Comfortable working closely with engineers
• AI / generative interfaces
• No-code / builder tools
• eCommerce / marketplaces / logistics
