Job Title: Senior UI/UX Designer Location: Remote Experience Level: 5+ years Type: Full-time About the Role Looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design initiatives for a modern enterprise platform in the fund administration and investor services domain. This role is ideal for someone who excels at client communication, has a deep understanding of user centered design, and can bridge the gap between design and product engineering. You’ll be responsible for reimagining legacy interfaces, enhancing user experience, and helping define a scalable design system that supports custom branding and white-label implementations across multiple clients. Responsibilities • Senior end-to-end UI/UX design for the platform, focusing on modernizing the user interface and improving usability. • Work closely with clients, product managers, and engineering teams to gather requirements and translate them into intuitive design solutions. • Create user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. • Build and manage a scalable design system that accommodates multiple brand themes and white-label needs. • Ensure accessibility and responsiveness across all device types and platforms. • Present design decisions and rationale clearly to both internal teams and client stakeholders. • Collaborate with engineering to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and design consistency. Requirements • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for complex enterprise web applications or SaaS platforms. • Experience in designing customizable or white-label software products. • Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with clients and cross functional teams. • Solid understanding of interaction design, design systems, and responsive design principles. • Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. • Comfortable working in Agile environments alongside product and development teams. • Bonus: Experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System or familiarity with Angular-based applications. Nice to Have • Background or working knowledge in product engineering or collaborating closely with developers. • Experience in the Insurance services domain • Flexibility to coordinate across time zones, including late-day overlaps with US based clients.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
