Open Role:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of our digital products and elevate our user experience to the next level. In this role, you’ll be a key player in shaping the product vision, mentoring junior designers, and delivering high-impact design solutions that align with business and user needs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end design process from discovery and research to prototyping and final hand-off
- Translate complex product requirements into user-centered design solutions
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI for web and mobile platforms
- Conduct and analyze user research, usability testing, and data to inform design decisions
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and quality
- Advocate for UX best practices and accessibility across the organization
- Maintain and evolve the design system for scalability and consistency
- Mentor and provide feedback to junior and mid-level designers
- Present design work to stakeholders and confidently justify design decisions
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating impactful design work
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe AI/PS
- Deep understanding of design thinking, user research, and usability principles
- Experience working with design systems and component libraries
- Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate in cross-functional teams
- Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS)
- Experience designing for accessibility (WCAG standards) is a plus
