Remote • $80–110/hr

We are seeking senior- or staff-level UI/UX designers with a strong track record at design-forward organizations known for high standards in craft, usability, and product quality.

Candidates should have
3+ years of experience
in senior or staff product, UI, or UX design roles, working on
real-world web and/or mobile products
(not purely conceptual or exploratory work). Experience at companies with a well-established design culture—such as Airbnb, Apple, Stripe, Notion, IDEO, Shopify, or similar organizations—is strongly preferred.

Qualified candidates will demonstrate:

• Exceptional visual design and interaction polish
• Strong systems thinking and attention to detail
• The ability to clearly evaluate and critique design work using consistent, well-reasoned criteria
• A portfolio that reflects refined execution, thoughtful design decisions, and high-quality shipped work

Designers in this role will apply their judgment to assess AI-generated UI/UX designs, provide clear written rationale for design decisions, and help establish evaluation standards that train AI systems to recognize and produce high-quality design.
