As a senior service designer within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Operations team, you’ll lead the design of virtual employee experiences for contact center frontline and supporting roles. In this role, you'll enhance employee productivity by refining processes to be more intuitive and efficient, applying best external practices and integrating emerging technologies. You'll reconceptualize how we work to elevate employee experiences and business outcomes. You’ll use a diverse skillset across service, interaction, and visual design to reinvent operational processes, from conceptual frameworks to detailed design. You’ll also plan, prioritize, and deliver design work for interdisciplinary projects, occasionally leading small teams. Additionally, you’ll contribute as a hands-on designer while mentoring others and serving as a recognized design expert.

This is a remote position.

Must-have Qualifications

A minimum of seven years of experience designing user experiences for digital products or services{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of four years of experience designing user experiences for digital products or services

Preferred Skills

Proficient in the design of service blueprints and process maps, with a specialization in visualizing business systems and decision-making processesStrong experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, to create compelling visuals for presentations, infographics, and interfaces to effectively communicate conceptsProven ability to manage projects and collaborate interdisciplinaryProven experience collaborating with technical teams to translate business requirements into effective design solutions

Compensation

$95,800 - $127,700/yearGainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
