About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Service Designer with strong experience designing and improving end-to-end service experiences. The ideal candidate will lead workshops, guide strategy, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful customer and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead service design activities, including research, journey mapping, and service blueprinting.
  • Run workshops, co-creation sessions, and stakeholder discussions independently.
  • Develop current-state and future-state service journeys and operational models.
  • Translate research insights into clear design recommendations.
  • Partner with product, UX, engineering, and business teams to shape service improvements.
  • Present findings and strategic direction to senior stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide designers where needed.

Required Experience

  • 8–12+ years of hands-on service design experience.
  • Strong track record leading client or stakeholder workshops.
  • Experience driving strategic design initiatives.
  • Ability to work autonomously in remote environments.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Portfolio with case studies demonstrating end-to-end service design is mandatory.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in enterprise or transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with systems thinking and operational change.
