About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Service Designer with strong experience designing and improving end-to-end service experiences. The ideal candidate will lead workshops, guide strategy, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful customer and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead service design activities, including research, journey mapping, and service blueprinting.
- Run workshops, co-creation sessions, and stakeholder discussions independently.
- Develop current-state and future-state service journeys and operational models.
- Translate research insights into clear design recommendations.
- Partner with product, UX, engineering, and business teams to shape service improvements.
- Present findings and strategic direction to senior stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide designers where needed.
Required Experience
- 8–12+ years of hands-on service design experience.
- Strong track record leading client or stakeholder workshops.
- Experience driving strategic design initiatives.
- Ability to work autonomously in remote environments.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Portfolio with case studies demonstrating end-to-end service design is mandatory.
Nice to Have
- Experience in enterprise or transformation projects.
- Familiarity with systems thinking and operational change.
