About the Project

You will join a long-term partner project for a New Zealand focused online casino platform, delivered with the Australia and New Zealand arm of a global gaming group operating in over 40 countries with nearly 30,000 people.

You will work directly with management, product, and engineering, owning meaningful parts of the experience end to end. We operate remotely and collaborate across time zones.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the design of key player journeys across web and mobile. This is a hands-on role where craft matters. You will take ideas from discovery through to polished UI, and partner closely with engineers to ship.

One day you may be mapping new flows and prototyping. The next you are iterating on live features using insights, or tightening UI consistency through the design system.

What you will do:

• Lead design work from problem definition through delivery and iteration
• Translate player needs and product goals into intuitive, scalable design solutions
• Produce high quality wireframes, prototypes, and finished UI
• Work closely with developers to clarify intent, edge cases, and support smooth implementation
• Conduct or support lightweight research and testing and apply findings to design decisions
• Participate in critique and feedback loops to raise quality and consistency
• Contribute to the evolution of our design system including components, patterns, and tokens
• Clearly communicate design rationale, trade offs, and recommendations to stakeholders

What you bring:

• 5 plus years of Product or UX design experience on consumer facing platforms
• Strong visual design craft and interaction design skills with a track record of shipping
• High proficiency with Figma and FigJam
• Experience working with and scaling design systems
• Familiarity with native iOS and Android patterns and constraints
• Confidence working autonomously while thriving in fast paced collaboration
• Strong communication skills and comfort presenting work and influencing decisions
• Experience in high traffic or regulated environments is a plus
• Experience with multi brand or partner led products is advantageous
